Orders with engraving requests are processed and shipped in the order in which they were received. Our dedicated engraving staff moves as quickly and diligently as possible. In real time, this means that engraving orders take about three business days to process. After processing, the items will be shipped by your selected method. Here at eMoneyClips, we are committed to personalizing your purchase exactly as you want. That’s why we engrave your items exactly as you specify on the item page. Thus, if you type in "Abc", we will put "Abc" on your item. Once the order is placed, the engraving is considered final and will be put on by our engraving staff. However, we do know that mistakes can happen, and if we suspect a possible error (for instance, an engraving of a name that appears to be misspelled) we will do our best to contact you in order to confirm the spelling of your engraving. Also, if you would like your engraving on a specific part of an item, please let us know in the comment section of your order form. If no preferred area is given, then our engraving staff will select the most appropriate location. Furthermore, if no font is selected, our engraving staff will choose one which best compliments the item selected. We do not allow either refunds or exchanges on engraved items unless the error was made by us.
