Return Policy


At eMoneyClips we know that sometimes things can happen to orders which make a return necessary. We're not here to give you the run-around or try to squeeze every cent we can. We believe that our good customer service plus our mission to please each and every person with whom we do business is more important than any one order. That's why we want to be as up front and helpful with our return policy as we can. Below you'll find information on that policy: how you can make a return and any conditions we may have on such returns.

How to make a return:

From the day you receive your order, you have 15 days to send it back to us for a return. Unlike some companies that begin their return deadline upon shipping or processing of an order and end their deadline upon their reception of the returned item, we keep things simple and leave you, the valued customer, in complete control of return policy. Have no fear of delayed postal services: your 15 days begins after the order has been shipped to you. Furthermore, as long as you send in your returned order on the 15th day, you won't have to worry if the post office takes 3 or 4 days to get the order to us. You are well within the deadline and we will accept the returned order.
We have a special exception for Christmas orders. We know that when it comes to Christmas shopping by our customers, our items are wrapped and held until Christmas morning no matter when they were bought. Far be it from us to rob the season of holiday cheer by imposing our normal 15 day deadline when the items haven't even been unwrapped yet. With this in mind, for all Christmas orders, we allow them to be returned 15 days after Christmas instead of 15 days after you receive the item. Just another way that eMoneyClips has your back when it comes to customer service.

Return Instructions:

If you would like to make a return, here are the following steps we ask that you take:
First, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us by e-mail at or by phone at 972-801-6836. When you contact us, please have the following information handy: your name, your order number, and the items you purchased in the order. We then require that you supply a reason for returning the item. Once we have this information, we will issue you an RMA number and specific shipping instructions.
Once you have an RMA, please return your order to our Mailing Address, provided immediately below:

Along with the items you wish to return, we require that you also send a copy of the order form or packing slip, the RMA number, the original box in which the item came, and the warranty information on the item. Returns lacking any of this information will not be honored.

Conditions on Returns:

  • Please note the 15 day deadline on all returns (or the exception for Christmas purchases). We cannot accept returns past this deadline.
  • We expect all returned items to be unused and in good condition. We will not accept an item for return with signs of use or damage.
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges on engraved items. If items were mis-engraved, please e-mail at a picture of the item and include your order number as reference.
  • If an engraving font was not selected for your order, we will automatically engrave your order in Roman Block.
  • If you would like to exchange your order for a new one, please note that a shipping charge of $4.95 will be assessed for the purpose of shipping your exchanged order to you.
