Following are the frequently asked questions about returning merchandise:

  • How much time do I have to return an item once I recieve it?

    You can return any unengraved item for return within 15 days of receiving it, with exception that all Christmas gift purchases can be returned within 15 days after Christmas.
  • Are there any hidden fees or any restocking fee?

    No. We do not charge a restocking fee and no hidden fees. 100% of item cost is refunded back to your credit card if item qualifies for refund.
  • Can I return an item that is slightly used?

    Sorry we do not resell used items so we cannot accept used items for returns. No refund is given on used items.
  • My item was engraved. Can I return it for refund?

    Sorry we do not issue REFUNDS on engraved items unless an engraving error was made by us.
  • How do I return items? Do I need an RMA #?

    Yes you need an RMA # to attach with your return. Contact us by email at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please put a note in the box with an explanation on why you are returning the item and write the RMA# on the package. Please send the box with cheapest trackable shipping method to:

  • I lost the box. Can I return the item without the box?

    Items have to be returned with original box in order to get refund. No excpetions made.
