Shipping Info

When we receive orders here at eMoneyClips, two things happen to them: they are processed by us and then shipped through the carrier you select on your order form. Thus, the total time it takes for an item to ship is the processing time plus the shipping time. Orders with no engraving requests are almost always processed in one business day. Orders with engravings can take up to the three business days to process. However, if you take advantage of Expedited Engraving, your processing time will be reduced dramatically. Expedited Engraving orders are usually processed same day, but are almost always processed within two business days. If your purchase contains items with engraving requests and items without engraving requests, we will process and ship the entire order as one. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that features a pricing mistake or some other defect. Since our shipping is handled by independent carriers, we cannot control shipping times or procedures. However, we can help you keep a handle on the status of your item with our nifty Track My Order feature, and the information below can help you best estimate shipping times based on which type of shipping you select on your order form.

• All orders WITHOUT ENGRAVING usually ship on the next business day unless the item is on backorder. We will notify you by email if an item is out of stock or on backorder.
• All orders WITH ENGRAVING usually take up to three business days to ship.
• We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes done by any shipping carriers(including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address, stolen, or lost packages).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders of items that have pricing mistake on the website.
